400D - Cheapest/best place to buy.

Sorry for starting another thread about getting a new camera, but a mate of mine is after a 400D lens package.

just wondering if anyone can point me in the best place to for the cheapest?

I've tried Jessops, 7dayshop but I know I've seen a few more mentioned here before and tbh I'm crap with the search function

If he goes body only, on a budget the 18-55 IS version is probably the only cheap lens worth getting.
