Cup Spoiler + CTR Aerial

Just fitted my cup spoiler and it rubs like hell on my aerial, I know this is due to the aerial mount being at a different angle to the cups but do you think this rubbing will cause the paint to rub off over time? I guess the easiest way to resolve this is shorter struts?

This is an option :) I think I will end up twating my head with shorter struts :(

Do a "Citroen" and put a clear piece of plastic film at the part it makes contact. Of course, it'll rub through that eventually too ;)

Cup Spoiler + CTR Aerial will not rub - and the reception is better too

I had to do that on my K-Tec spoiler on the dci Clio - held up well :)

No, just keeping the craic going mate -was just a "strange joke" ;)

Mine was fine when I changed from the standard 172/Dynamique spoiler - they are a bit of a fiddle to get it sitting properly I must admit.

Yeah the main problem I had was getting the cup brake light adapter to fit nicely under the spoiler, its still not 100% as its sitting slightly off the glass drivers side but its good.
