Brentacre insurance

I have to say i am very Impressed With Brentacre Not only are they the cheapest quote I have had so far See -

http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=412156

But With this Quote, They will cover any engine Modifications providing the car does not go over 180bhp for NO EXTRA COST, Yep thats no Premium increase and No Admin fees to add something to the Polocy!

If I went over the 180bhp mark then there would be a premium Increase.

Any Visual Mods... the ones he listed Were Roll Cage / Bucket Seats would not have any increase either!

Provided they are listed on my Polocy in the event of any Accident / theft they would all be covered on a Like for Like Basis as well!

Unless anyone can come up with a Better quote then I think i have found a Winner!

Yep I use them myself and was told the same. Also include courtesy car as standard iirc.

im with them too, renewal is in july and i dont think ill find a better deal then with them, i can try though!

the thing that sways me to them is the fact about allowing mods!

They were the best for me as well. I went for a 200bhp limit though as it was only £20 more so it gives me room for some future mods!!!

The best thing by far is they dont charge an admin fee when you adds mods to your policy.

il be going with them on the 24th. they dont charge for any mods as long as i dont go over 182 bhp. the guy said i can add a stainless steel exhaust/induction kit/coils/cage anything that wont increase the BHP. They are really clued up aswell. not ur usual donkeys who give you quotes.

yeah they are helpful too, actually know what an exhaust is etc compared to most companies who dont know. i didnt realise its thats cheap to add an extra bhp limit on - think ill do that if i renew with them (more then likely)

I'm with them too. Amazing customer service and best price I could find.

Same 180bhp policy as above. Beat Flux and Chris Knott by literally £100s of pounds, near enough halved their quotes and offered more TBH.

Dont think there to good for non sports when i got a quote but might be different for others.

Hmm well that's not good news if I keep the 1.6, but if they're cheap enough I'll be able to buy an RS, insurance is the only thing stopping me at the mo. See you're after an RS as well dude.. you found decent quotes for insurance on one?

How much are you paying with them Chris? PM/text if you want. Need to get my hands on some cheap insurance.

I'm paying £700 tpft as all my ncb are on the vectra plus i wrote the other clio off which hasn't helped. For comparison i paid £500 last year on the clio with the ncb applied to it with greenlight.

You may find you can insure a sport for less with a specialist than you can your rsi with a normal insurance company.

Cheers, will have to give them a try then.. cheapest I've got for the 1.6 for the next year is £850 with Bell, so not sounding promising, but may as well try. Not heard a single bad word against Brent Acre, either.

Lol, think we're in the same boat tbh Luke, except you already have the car! Still not sorted? What price did Brent Acre offer?
