Removing the engine casing

I have an 04 Dynamique and I am gonna buy an induction kit but i can't get into the old airbox because there is a plastic cover over the top of the engine. This has to come off for when it's serviced so it must come off somehow. Anybody any clue how to get it off with out damaging anything?

If you just yank it you will break it, you need to undo it where it attaches to the trottle body, remove the breather pipe and remove the airfeed pipe at the front. Then it will lift off.

There is star shaped screws in it too, i don't have an allen key to fit them to undo them! or do i not need to?

You won't get any alan key that will fit those bolts

You need torx bits, Renaults seem to be made with them.

See if I just undo all of those pipes and things then take it off, where will they re-attach to?
