How low can i go with my h&r coilovers at the rear?

As low as you want! just check tyre clearances

rears as low as they will go.
sump will limit how low the front will go.......

Back right down and about 60mm on the front with no scrubbing thats on standard wheels, Aftermarket (ET37 7" 16s") on mine same but expect it to scrub on a quick drive on bumpy roads

Remove the adjusters on the rear, As below ours are similar apart from they have a large nut instead, then use the lower part of the adjuster to hold it all in tightly

Not that low. The pic above is as low as you would want to go without turning the handling of your RS into a shopping trolley!

Alberts is as low as mine, TBH i find the H&Rs soft so they will more than likely catch if you go lower
