Talk to me about spacers

Alright guys, so i bolted up one of my new 15" alloys today, which are 6.5J x 15

Now, they sit about a fingers gap from the suspension bits, where as the standard wheels have about two fingers gap. Will 5m spacers be enough?

aslong as theres a gap there is no need for spacers...

make it sit right in the arches and get 20mm hubcentrics

well, im going to put 40m apex springs on. I want it to have a good stance, isn't 20m abit much? lol

depends what offset the wheels are
i ran 25 all round on my 1.2

I haven't a clue what offset they are? Where do i find that out?

It should say on the inside of the wheel.
