just been offered a 182

A mate has just offered me a 182 as he needs a quick sale due wedding costs etc.

the basic details i know currently are....

54 plate
Silver
between 40-50 miles
always been service at a local Renault Specialist (although belts not been done)
new tyres all round.
Good conditon
Totally standard
owner for at least 3 years i'd guess so probably only a couple of previous owners max

what sort of price would people expect to pay if this was up for sale?

i understand the titaniums dont fetch brilliant money

And if its between 40-50k.. well 3k you will do too good to be honest.

I bought 182 in silver full spec 2 month ago, 43k miles, 55 reg from a dealer and i got few things like "service" new mot, 1 rear spring changed, right steering rod changed, 2 new front tyres, and all alloys resprayed Also some dick reversed it or had someone go in the back of him half a year ago so it had half of exhaust system + rear brand new.

Paid £5879 which according to the Parkers guide was as good as a private sale price.. Best of all interior was perfect. Even steering wheel looked brand new.. Which i still think was a good buy... :S

Cheapest examples i found localy had 50-60k on the clock, messy, and up for 6000-6500

But essex prices are higher for this sort of things.. about 1-2k higher than down north

Silver looks great lowered on Anthracite Turinis

Silver IS the best colour.

It can be subtle or hard. Blends in to the untrained eye and can stand out to the trained eye!

If you got it for under £4k then you should be very happy.
