Dynamique Alloys on Track...

Just a general wondering really...

Will these be any different (the alloys that look the same as the 172's but are 15') to the OZ F1's?

Weight difference, way they drive etc?

Has anybody used these on the track?

I'm just wondering as you can pick them up anywhere really cheap, whereas the F1's are becoming quite rare aren't they, and fetch a bit of a premium if in good condition?!?

Also, would bright colours suit the dynamique wheels? Once I get some track wheels, they're going a bright/stupid colour and I don't know whether it'd work with those wheels as they are quite a lot of alloy in comparison to the F1's.

we used them as wet weather wheels, worked fine, they did what a wheel is meant to do

shame they're not wider, but oh well

get a set ph2 valver wheels, cheap as chips but not the lightest of wheels

Nope, 1/2" narrower but you can still put 195s on no problem.

Don't they go for quite a lot of money though?

I'm only thinking dynamique due to the cheapness of them. I suppose I wouldn't mind some vavler wheels, but if they go for the same amount as f1's I'd prefer f1's.

nah i bought a full set with 5 center caps for £9 yes £9. and another 2 for £10

can usally get them for about £50-£100 its the center caps that cost the most


should be able to get these for well under £100

just make sure with some one else they fit 172 brake. think they do but not 100%

Not bad at all then, shame I'm about 150miles away from there. I'm not desperate for track wheels ATM as I'm sorting the car mechanically. But I'm going to keep my eye out for some bargains
