My 5th RS Clio! A Nimbus 200

Those of you who've been on here a while will know that I've had a run of Renaultsport Clios, and even though I've been very quiet on here lately, that's not changed.

I won't go in to the long winded boring story, but surfice to say, a missed call from a Honda salesman meant I bought a new 172 in 2003 instead of a 6 month old CTR, and I've been hooked every since.

First came the 172 in Monaco Blue:

Which was followed even more swiftly 12 months later by Trophy number 007:

The Trophy hung around for the longest up to now, as I couldn't bring myself to part with it, but obviously I did. Next was a glacier white 197 Cup:

The Cup lasted by far the longest, mainly because I couldn't find anything I wanted to replace it with, and I totally loved it. Until now. The Cup was getting old, and starting to feel it's age, and with the new RS Clio not due until 2013 I thought I'd get something to fill the gap.

So today I picked up a 200.

Best looking 200 i think i have ever seen, Major props to you!, I think the GT spoiler is the best option, Its not too in your face like the cup one but looks alot more aggressive than the standard one, Great combination with the black roof / bumpers & speedlines.

Wasn't a fan of Nimbus before (on 197s), but having seen a few more 200's in Nimbus I think it looks brilliant on them! Great spec as well, nice one.

As mentioned several times, this is an epic spec, the only problem, and one I think needs resolving soon is the wheel center caps, you need some black one, looks odd with the anthracite cap on black wheels. I blame renault, as they seem to do it on with all speedlines

Yeah. He just ticked all the boxes. It was handy to be able to call him before I bought it, I recognised it was his pretty quickly.
