Here's a video and some pictures of yesterdays RR meet at viezu in bromsgrove we had a very good turnout and some decent figures! Also had the added bonus of mine running the best power of the day from a standard 182.
But the best result was from Triumph's 1.2 75bhp clio that chucked out 87bhp only modifications are an induction kit and exhaust.

Great pics, enjoyed the day and nice to meet a few of you. Cant comment on the west mids section as i am not a member, felt a little left out not having the clio but was nice to know i wasn't the only Jap car there.

Its been a good day yesterday and true to form shows what a good bunch of lads we have in the West Midlands. Gutted about circumstances stopping a few of the lads from running. I didnt want to put the FCS logos on the car in case it was kiss of death.

Also happy that we had no casualties on the day...but the look on the faces of Matt (Addicted) and Chris (cswalmsley) when they were running their cars was good and reminded me of when I first did the same with the Cup....petrified...not!!!

The thing is people pay good money to have a flocked dash to avoid glare,
i've got the same effect through pure laziness. :approve:

B*llocks to cleaning the back though, the dog will just f*ck it up again the next day.

My approach to cars is Power, handling, brakes & regular servicing, cleaning it can get to f*ck!!!

You should mesh the hair into a set of harnesses and then do a group-buy on here, I'm sure you could make a few sets

I was going to grow a few of my thicker dreadlocks longer and use those,
i'm saving all the dog hair to sell as exhaust wadding, extra 10bhp.......the rollers proved that.

Well after a full belt service & dephaser, the only things left to do on my car are uprated engine mount,
whiteline arb, polybush the wishbones and maybe the front arb.

Then it's track day time.

After that it's all cosmetic such as pro race 1.2s or 3s (haven't decided yet), a better steering wheel,
decent seats, I liked the OMP ones I sat in yesterday, also the stiff shift kit he had felt amazing, might have to get that. :approve:

Tbh I would like to get a £300-£500quid banger to take the dog down the park in,
I might be able to keep the bloody Clio clean then. haha

Na Dave keep the Clio as the dog bus! It made my day saturday the rolling road bloke saying "I cnt drive that on to the rollers because I have asthma!" haha

Renault sport wheel both were great touches



And I wish could of got mine as clean as this one

It was the tight gear linkage that got me, it felt so solid!

In mine today i've realised how much play there is in neutral and in each gear,
and that's even with a polybushed dogbone, it was even worse before.

I have to find that stiff shift kit for mine.

Yanoo stiff shift 1.0 kit with brass bushes is what you are looking for Dave
