Might be a repost if so could a mod delete the first thread,

Looks like am going to keep a hold of this one a little longer been so much fun a will struggle to find something to replace it,


just a 1.8 16v with a few things done to it to make it a pretty quick wee car


only thing am planing to do is get different wheels in the mean time and source a boot for it as its dented

if anyone has wheels for sale pm me i would be intrested but not sure what route to go down was thinking ats cups but still not sure

a would like to meet up with a few folk see there opinions as its the only mk1 16v av seen a can't find any with the kit as standard for sale etc..... a will be in glasgow tonight if weather drys up and knockhill in 2 or 3 weeks at the next hot hatch

Mk1 <3. Would be good if you could come to a meet sometime I wouldn't mind a look round it either. Standard valver wheels on that and it will look spot on.

Turbines would look good too. Valvers are pretty rare now especially in a decent condition.

Its not a bag of s**t just a few small things like a dent in the boot needs a fulk detail and buff and new wheels and i need a few bits and am happy with it

nice one stu, how does it drive compaired to a mk2? never had the chance to drive a mk1 valver or willy due to being a bit before my time

its a massive difference from the mk2. Sucks that you cant drop the steering wheel down!! Its like driving cotton wool compared to the 172, But the 172 has everything pollybushed/anti-roll bars/solid everything! Where as this is quite standard and 17 years old! lol And there slightly before my time too i would have been 4 when it came out :rasp: haha

Needs turbines or 19 16v wheels. Call me Stu
