Did they make a 172 in this colour?

Just seen this on eBay and I'm pretty sure iv'e never seen a 172 in that colour? Looks like the non sport Blue to me?

Can't be Mondial blue as it's not a cup!

Nope, well 90% sure they didn't, font bumper has been resprayed though, has no bumper tabs and fog surrounds been sprayed.

I'm betting it's a Rep, Good job though to be fair.


Or it could have been a write off resprayed a different colour who knows!

Reg. check shows that it's a re-registered 'replica'.

Ie. done all the work and declared the engine conversion to the DVLA. NOT a standard 172 resprayed.

Looks s**t. Rear wheels are too far in, seats been repaired, wrong colour, wrong bits painted....

Just a heap. You can buy a decent one for the same price!

I thought that it was Vauxhall Arden Blue, but after googling it, looks a bit lighter than that
