Woke up this morning to find this in the garage. Early 21st Present :3

So basically, I've had my eye on this for a while and was saving up to buy it.

My sneaky parents told me they were going out for the day in York yesterday and I thought nothing of it.

Got back home late last night after playing pool, both Mum and Dad are asleep. Fair enough, I go to bed as well.

Drag myself out of bed this morning to get ready for work and my mum comes into my room and gives me a 'Renault Sport' keyring.

"I saw this in York and thought you'd like it"
"Ah thanks mum" (Secretly thinking, 'I don't have a sport, silly woman')
Then my Dad strolls in and says "It's nice isn't it, maybe you could put it on this" - Hands me a car key

Huh? I'm still half asleep at this point.

"Turn over the keyring" - It has 'Happy 21st Dan' engraved on the back.

Suddenly realise what's going on. I quickly get ready and open up the garage to find this:

Oh My Goooddd! I was actually speechless and almost shaking!

I’m not insured on it yet but Dad dropped me off at work in it. Wow. What a car :D

Best parents ever! I am one lucky lad!

Ordered a new set of plates - just plain ones. Going to remove the front tints and possibly the back ones.

Couldn't believe it mate. Yeah it's going to be a big step up from my 1.6. will take some getting used to.
Don't worry, I'm not gonna drive like a maniac and wrap it round a tree :)

What a present! Like said, lose the tints and get fresh plates and it'll be mint.

Happy birthday, and tell your parents well done. Just don't go and bend it, remember who bought it.

My lad is 16 in August and I'm taking him to Spa for the F1, race day is his birthday.

When they went to pick it up they said it looked like a show car. 21 layers of wax apparently and one of the first things Chris said was "Sorry it's a bit dirty"

Yeah there's not a scratch on it mate!

WOW! I was looking at this car when i was looking for my sport, way out of my price range but what a cracker it looks! Enjoy it, and Look after it!

It came with a booklet full of pictures of all the different stages it's been through with different owners from new. Yeah it's working it's way up lol, I'll definitely be keeping it for a while though!

Yeah, they look pretty dark so I'm sure they'll be illegal. Not worth the hassle really. Noo I'll be paying the insurance :p

25% tint is the legal maximum on the front side windows. They must allow a minimum of 75% light in.

( I just checked on the vosa website)
