Car  Williams 3 / 172 Cup
I am the very proud owner of a Clio Williams 3. Are there any other Williams owners in here? If so show some pics so we can all appreciate the best Clio ever made!

Here are some pics of mine.

very nice! mad photo shop skills on the number plate :P

really want one of these cars, absolutely love them

I take it the exhaust isn't standard? I've never actually noticed what they're supposed to have?

Don't know really, just seen others do it so thought there may be a reason to! And thanks!

Cheers, what do you mean? The pics aren't the best they'd be better on a sunny day I spose! :p
people blank out the number plate to stop people going on line putting in a car getting a pic of it then pinching the reg {doing a ringer} etc...

Maybe on mass produced Vauxhall Astra's, on twenty year old Clio's i'd maybe say not so much.

Yes I have a williams 1 but I havnt seen it for two years as its in storage and in a restoration kind of state lol and I cant remember the number ethier!

Williams looks lovely James!

Few snaps of my old valver that Daniel restored. I'd have love to have kept it for sunny days :dapprove:

Love that Luke, almost had that off you when you had it for sale, as you know.. Decided to hold out and wait to be able to drive my Williams.. loving this car sooooo much! These cars are real hidden gems, they aren't appreciated enough!

My valver with 172 widetrack and brakes on coilovers with a temporary cammed Williams engine and custom inlet with ph2 172 box and quaiffe diff.
Going Honda power later on though.

My Williams no 227.

It's an ongoing project just now I've been concentrating on the mechanical side of things replacing a shed load of bits on it with new genuine items. Hoping to get it in for a respray this year.

What do you mainly use your mk1 for chip? Trackdays? Btw what power is the williams lump running/have you got power graphs?

Nice example Stevo. Out of interest what do you prefer driving, your 225 or the Williams?

Yeah it doesn't look anywhere near as good in the flesh unfortunately lol. I would have to say I prefer driving the Williams tbh. It feels so raw and unrefined compared to the 225 and a lot more fun to drive down a good B road.

Trackdays only mate, although in the middle of a load of work that should be done by now but been too busy with my 172 ph1 turbo instead.
Around 180bhp I should think, not had it on rollers since the reshell though and need to finish mapping it etc when its finished being built.

Got a few pics to share:
