Bought a set of alloys for £40 off of good old gumtree. Cleaned up really well actually and make the car look a lot smarter
Tyres are 195 15's rather than 175 14's and the difference in handling is amazing :approve: much smoother!

Yes, from Portugal.. and it´s gris boreal for sure... It´s yellow because the picture was taken with a average camera and the light didn´t help. But gave an interesting result

Cheers mate, I think it's about 60mm, I just kept winding the coilovers down till the arch met the top of the wheel.

Do you get any rubbing? Are you on 15" dynamique wheels or proper 16" 172s? I think coilies will be next when my insurance renews

They're 15's with 185 profile tyres, no scrubbing at all but I haven't put spacers on yet. keep an eye out of the for sale section, got my coilovers off there for £150.

Yh the previous owner hit something and creased the front of the bonnet, it closes properly just lifted slightly :dapprove:, will be getting a new one in the next month or so.

For anyone else, I'm going to be spraying my front and rear diamonds anthracite, when it comes to colour coding the boot release button, how shall I prep it? Eg what grade of wet/dry at what stages? Sand/primer/sand/paint/laquer? Cheers guys

Wounded Danny! I had a new bonnet from a spares place in stoke a couple of years ago. I'll try find the company cause its was good value. Got it sprayed but its now bubbled and paint is peeling, although the guy who did it said he'd sort it for free which is good.

Jamie I'm doing my badges this weekend, I'm going for a light grade paper and sand, wet sand, primer, wet sand, paint, laquer. Never done it before so it could be interesting.

Sport interiors really finish off the I terror of a no -sport, look through the last 2 pages on my thread and you'll see how a half leather interior looks I love your car colour btw!

nice colour needs to be lower really though well i think so anyways what about anthracite wheels? (I've got a dci too )
