Hi Guys, just recently got my 172 cup - its been lowered on coilovers and that's pretty much it has anyone got any colour schemes or anything that looks subtle for the arctic 172's? it has turinis on it etc (in silver was thinking of putting them to anthracite) just want to see some ideas

Couple of quick snaps after a clean and polish. Need to put on some new plates and Fabia splitter (all in the boot right now). I've been wrapping the badge different colours every few weeks just to mix it up a little - aside from that it's all pretty standard. Apart from the Superlegerra's it's running on

No worries, the reason I asked was that I got my Williams 2 from Cumbria and the outside of the house looked very similar.

Yes it is....do you mean noise wise? If so, it appears louder inside than it does outside, I guess that's because the car is stripped out...92db with a decat tested at Castle Combe last Friday.

Yeah noise wise and quality really? As my scorpion is starting to go in the mid section. You running a de-cat as well? 92db is good. I'm between one of these or a piper with a 3" tailpipe.

First posted pic of my Cup!
Owned it since the beginning of December last year and just about got it to a standard that I'm happy with. It wasn't too bad when I bought it but it's just needed major jobs doing before the exterior. Since buying it I've put new mintex discs and pads all around, K-tec Stealth cat back, Pipercross panel filter, added Fabia front splitter, got the gearbox reconditioned (and got ripped off!), replaced the rear shocks, restored the headlights, powder coated the wheels to Tungsten, matching the centre caps and bullets. Next will be to sort out the minimal dings and scratched then to give the bodywork a good machine polish. I think when this is sorted it will be onto the essential maintenance jobs.

I've not had chance to get a set of decent photos but will do soon...
