In the past, how long is it after tonight's announcement does the iOS become available for us to download? I got a replacement 5 last night and my iCloud restore is f**ked so going to start fresh but don't want to spend today putting loads of stuff on, if I'll have to start fresh when I install the new iOS.

In previous years it has been announcement on Tuesday, pre-order for iPhone on the Friday, then the following Wednesday the new iOS can be downloaded, then the new phone on the Friday.

Usually by now the "shortcut" on your AppleTV should have appeared. Its also usually announced.
