Take the car in with the head unit to ur renault garage and say "I had the battery disconnected and the code for the head unit isnt working" they will charge you £10 to £20 and give you the code - they are unlikely to care whether it is stolen or not. Alternatively phone a shady audio alarm...

I ordered mine last week... the dealer had a print out claiming it was from renault UK and there was an inferno and artic blue which he said I could get in 2 weeks but I wanted silver so have to wait 4-6 weeks. So could be the same car?
