No gains tho as its a direct replacement for the OE item. If you want gains from a Yozza you have to go for one of their race systems which is too loud for everyday use. Quality spot on, just a shame theres no middle of the road exhaust which gives a little gain and aint too loud like the...

Anyone tried to fit a williams / valver inlet on a F4r head?? 172 / 182's have this massive twisty induction track and plenum piping before it reaches the anywhere near the head. Must be some gains to be had by creating a William's / Valver come Honda set up where the TB is bolted straight...

For the ultimate performance end of the market tuning then the VAG route is the way to go but dont kid yourself its a cheaper option, its not. Its just a much better alternative in the long run and potential wise than turbo-ing the OE F4R lump
