Do a search for Datawiper. It's a secure (forensic) format, used by government department. It's free and fits onto a floppy, boot and type in one word, then enter.

I'd avoid the 478 if I were you, the boards may be rather cheap, but that's because they are agressively trying to phase them out and therefore a 3Ghz Presscott is now £50 more expensive than it was a year ago (478). The 478 Prescotts run very hot 50oC in standby, 80 under load.

Demon have been great for me in the last year. 2Meg conection, Static IP address, no limit on downloads, web space, unlimited email adresses etc. Think it's £24 pcm, can't remember, not cheap, but compared to NTL they are the nuts.

None of the current VGA cards that claim to output HD actually work at present. You'd need a HD DVD rom in your PC as well. Sky Customer service reckon that the new HD Sky boxes are going to cost £700. Think I'll wait a while for prices to become sensible.
