I am in the process of purchasing a brand new Road angel 2 for 300 quid, but I have a question to any road angel users who have a 172 or a 182. Do you need to pay the extra 19.95 for the external antenna or is the signal strength good enough throuh the UV windscreen ?? Thanx in advance Mark. :)

Yeah it used to sound V nice, I had the full cat back system and it wasnt too loud and not annoying on the motorway at all, did find adding the K&N 57i induction kit made quieter on the motorway.

Yeah its quite common, when it first happened to mine about 5 months ago quite a few people responded saying it had happened to them.
