Im getting a knocking noise coming from the front. Its only when im near or on full lock and going over rough or bumpy ground. Not heard it before so was wondering what it was. Any ideas? Clio 172 2001 model.

Im not sure if this has been done to death but who cares!! Is it woth putting lowered springs on, on their own? -40 looks really good. But does it make the handling crashy? Do you need to change the dampers as well? Renault seem to know what they are doing when it comes to good handling...

I wa wondering how much you guys have trusted the trip on the mk2 172? When mine is on the red it can sometimes say i stll have 60 odd miles to go!! Also, i have never seen my fuel light come on! and i often drive into the red.
