I replaced my clutch the other day and a connector has snapped. The engine had to be lifted out as there was no room to just drop the transmission and I don't have access to a lift to drop the whole subframe and lower the engine. Every wire and pipe was disconnected, but when it was all finished and being put back together, a connector snapped. It bolts in next to the oil fill cap by a ring connection. Can anyone help me identify it and how vital it is I fix it? The car runs absolutely fine whether I push the remains of the connector on or leave it off.
