Was on my christmas list,i just have my doubts on how long they will stay like that.I have gave them a coat in acf,so will prob have to do that each time i wash the wheels. They look the business! Awesome detail. Bet they cost a pretty penny too!
Have you ever done this then mate of either options? With others and I advise against it. Relocation is probably the better option.
It is another option mateSteve can't you just relocate the battery into the cabin, hidden behind the passenger seat maybe?
I relocated a smaller battery in the boot and in all honesty, not worth the hassle. Bit of a ball ache to fit imho, running a cable though the bulkhead and under carpet, fitting a whopping fuse in line etc. That said, the car was doing my head in at the time! The battery died after not using it for 2 weeks, I bought a CTEK charger which saved it and did maintain it when it was on charge.Have you ever done this then mate of either options?
Thanks mate very helpfulMake a plate to fit to the gearbox mount in the bay? That was what my intentions were when I was thinking about it, along with a negative terminal cut off. Similar has been done by a few already
