Love the car build and the thread. Learnt loads reading through it.

I'm looking at cleaning up my engine bay aswell. My inlet manifold etc has been painted and I don't like it but really not sure what route to go down. Seen you've just done yours, how'd you do it? I've seen people do vapour blasting and powder coating 🤔

Thanks,im not great at doing the most detail of thread,But get the idea of it.

Vapour blasting and powder coat is a good way,but i just done it at home.Cleaned it down with degreaser etc then some work with wire brush/wheel.Then just used a VHT spray paint @Matthew_

As much as I like the idea of the EVO Corse I think they're a bit too fussy, maybe? Not sure what it is.

Always love the super clean look of your car on Turinis but think out of those pictures I like the TD wheels best.

Oh ace, you got a good finish for doing it yourself. Did you just go straight VHT or was it primer and clear aswell? Might give it a go myself and see what happens

I'm with TC definitely the Gold Evo's

I feel pretty much the same as you mate,i'am in the process of possibly getting a set of TD's and painting them in the same silver as before, then sell the evos.

WIth the my old janspeed exhaust back on with the ktec sports cat,i had to do a bit of a diy mod with a reducer section for it to join up with the cat.Being the cat is 2.5 dia and janspeed is 2.25.This was just a temp solution until i took it to a exhaust fab shop, which happened last saturday and have to say did a great job and much better than the fella who did the last atempted.

Yes i know the heat shield is a bit rusty and will get on that soon.

Also fitted new gasket and bolts etc

Possibly looking to sell the clio after Csf.

Sump guard well worth having when lowered. I didnt realise how close they are to catching the sump on cambered back roads until recently.

Definitely mate,i have had some close calls.Notice it more with the undulation in some roads. Will also raise the front a bit more i think also once on.Its not that heavy either which is good.

I'm sure its been covered before and I've forgotten, but are you running spacers on those? They look phenomenal.
Are they low offset? 205 wide tyres? Fitment is spot on.
