Just a short post to say thank you to @Colin-S for a great buyer experience.

A few weeks ago, I missed out on one of his previous items. I asked him to let me know if the sale fell through.

Anyway, he dropped me a message last week to say he'd gotten another part in and kindly offered it to me before listing it for sale, which I really appreciated. I paid him, and he kept me updated every step of the way—postage, tracking number, everything. The item arrived on Saturday.

It was really well wrapped, and I can tell he genuinely cares, which is something I always try to do myself.
