Anyone know if this small panel/piece can be replaced? ‘95

Hello, I have a 1995 1.8 RT. I have this chip on this tiny panel and idk if it comes off and could be replaced. If so, idk what it would be called. Or if it doesn’t come off, I assume i could find someone to make a molding to patch the piece?

Yes it can but it’s attached to the headlight.
