So I’ve been having a bit of a nightmare I switched to a 172 coil pack after ditching the r8 coils and it hasn’t started since turns out a 172 coil pack doesn’t have an igniter (whatever that is) so the adaptronic won’t run it so the custom made bracket custom ht leads all are useless yay
On top of that by using the 172 coil it may. Have damaged my ecu double yay
So to solve the immediate problem I’m now using some sort of vw coil with a built in igniter and some random leads which are look like they won’t fit that nicely but they will fit and have had to get a new custom bracket made but that at least that looks great

Here’s the custom downpipe I had made I decided to go over the subframe as I hated the last one going under

New oil feed to clear the downpipe and over the subframe instead of under

I went for a valved system so I can have it loud and very quiet

Small update it now runs and drives it doesn’t idle yet but mapping is on Saturday hopefully that will get sorted out

That will be pretty quiet with 3 silencers in. My trophy has two decent silencers on a 3" system and barely makes any noise.
I would have got the cutout pre silencers for maximum asbo
It’s. Actually a valved system that I can switch between one box and three so I can have the best of both worlds Asbo and quiet

So mapping happened today car surpassed all my expectations safe to say I’m very happy with the results and yes it is insanely fast
