Think i will have a go at changing belt and tensioner myself. Is there a manual you can buy for the renaultsport models, or a guide to do this job, many thanks. Also has anyone on here done this job themselves?.

Hi i wonder if anyone can help, i have a 182 that has covered 38000 miles. My engine has developed a worrying scraping/ grinding noise it is very evident up to about 2k revs. It appears to be coming from the lh side of the engine as you are looking at it. any ideas?:(

Hi Johnny My 04 reg 182 makes exactly the same noise, although it is getting worse. switched all fans and a/c off, still there. Appears to be coming from the throttle body although it resonates all over. Very annoying noise now but have not had chance to take mine in yet. Will be very interested...

Hi im interested in this aswell, had a look round but no one seems to sell a moulding for the clio, they are available for other motors. To make one from fibreglass think you have to mould one using clay first.

hi mine did it on my 182 after only 10k miles, managed to get one off ebay as i wanted to keep airbag, you can get other steering wheels as replacements but you wouldnt have the airbag, must be getting soft in my old age.

do you mean there is more than one chip needs changing, only could see 1 eeprom the other main chips are the cpus.

anyone fitted a carputer into there clio? to do mp3, satnav etc with a touchscreen. Going to use an old laptop mounted in the boot and use one of the motorised screens as there is nowhere to fit a screen without buying a new dash top, already have it all working on laptop using roadrunner...

hi all i wish to change the dash leds on my 182, i have picked up a spare dash off ebay but does anyone know if the mileage is stored in an eeprom chip on the dash or is is stored in ecu and sent to dash pcb as i obviously want mileage to stay the same, thanks.

rubber on rh side of mine went at 15k miles, just fell apart. got another one off ebay.

very interested in this, can you just replace the centre screen part? or does the whole dash top have to be replaced, thinking of taking a tomtom go out of its case and fitting it where sat nave screen goes, putting some display filter screen in front of it.
