I have 172 cup turini's fitted to my 182. They give a visibly wider track. It's lowered on sportlines and there are no issues at all.
Unless you are looking at slamming it on the floor I don't believe you will have to worry.
This may get confusing but please bare with me.
Have owned my Clio for about two and a half years now. When I got it there was already an aftermarket exhaust fitted. Unsure of the make but looks decent quality and in good condition.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed a slight rattle from the rear...
No. Aux belt is every 36k miles or three years and cam belt every 72k miles or five years.
I'm in the exact same position as you.
Had a cam and aux belt change in 2009. Due an aux belt in June/July but am tempted to get both done and not have to worry for another three years.
I know if I just...
No picture in your post but I'm sure mine has a rectacular cut out on the back edge at the gear linkage. As for the foam better in the bin. Just soaks up liquid and gets very very heavy.
He was very lucky.
Unfortunately not the first Clio I've seen minus it's engine after meeting a tree.
The picture isn't pretty you have been warned.......
Replacement back off the bay is fine.
Two screws out either side of the dock connector and slide up.
Will take you less than 30 seconds to replace it.
Just don't smash the front. Whole different ball game.
Very easy to do. I would recommend doing them both and only buy genuine renault cables as the pattern parts do not fit.
1. Back end up on stands and remove the heat shield from the exhaust near the cat. You will see where the cables fit onto the hand brake lever.
2. One bolt to slacken off then...
Get someone to rev the engine while you have a look at it. (While parked obviously) Check if the engine moves back and forward when under load.
Could be as simple as a worn engine mount. The lower dog bone mount is a common weak point.
welcome btw.
Had a friend many years ago that had paint stripper poured all over her car. Was a six month old VW polo. Was repainted three times in total before they wrote it off. Every time the paint just bubbled up again where the stripper had got down into the metal. No amount of sanding/cleaning made any...
Cheers for the replies guys. Used just under 1L and was very straight forward.
Used an easy bleed one person gadget. Followed the instructions and all was good.
Wife was a bit miffed when she went to take the kids out and found the stroller missing a wheel. (Used it as it was ideal to set at...
Had my Clio for over two years and the brake fluid has never been changed.
Looking at changing it today so would appreciate it if someone could answer as above.
How much fluid will I need for a full change?
Cheers
I have used MendMyi several times and found their screens to be good quality.
Fixed 5 iPhone 4/4s screens now with no complaints. Deliver next day and only slightly more expensive than others. Also supply the necessary tools which is a nice bonus.
