So I must have a full fat ++ as I have a 182 with both cup packs, inferno paint, Recaros & Turinis. If I can get a set of Sachs dampers I may start calling it a Clio FF +++. :rasp:
Gave the inside a clean and fitted the alloy footrest I recently purchased. Not a massive change but I like how it fits with the pedals and gave me an excuse to give them a clean up.
Little disappointed with how quickly the renault mat has worn through. :dapprove:
Engine will need support if you remove the top mount. Jack under the sump with wood between jack and sump.
Note from the title you may be thinking of removing the "rocker cover" DO NOT DO THIS as the top cover holds the cams in place.
They are not the most complicated of designs.
A simple tube with a rubber washer at one end that is held in place by a small spring.
When the washer is activated the water overcomes the force of the spring and moves the rubber washer allowing the water to pass around it.
They fail because...
At that price they must be quoting for a full wishbone replacement.
Are the bottom ball joints on the 197 a similar design to the 1*2 or fixed to the wishbone?
edit: Can't see a separate lower wishbone listed on renparts for the MK3's. Only the lower wishbone with ball joint attached at £190.
Front bumper taken off and leaking headlamp washer repaired.:)
Tightened up all the seat mounting bolts in the hope the annoying rattle from the passenger seat might stop but no joy. Think the runners are just worn. :(
Bingo
So the cops are taking preventative action even though there is nothing in the film to suggest it is certain to happen on this occasion.
Having read the comments posted on this thread it would appear this action by the cops is acceptable. (I don't recall anyone taking issue with the...
"Or lets go on what we can see in the video. The dude put his arms out of the window as a clear sign he was giving himself up." (Your words)
Why the need to drag him out if he has clearly given up. What can you see in the video that I can't. I see nothing to suggest he is likely to try and run...
As I said much earlier in the thread. If we just go on what we can see then it appears the cop is over the top and assaults the lad for no reason. But there are two sides to every story and some people for whatever reason refuse to accept that. This is the only point I'm trying to make.
Just to...
OK lets go hypothetical.
You are said cop. The driver of the car is very well known to police. He is a known intravenous drug user who is HIV+ and has Hepatitis. On the last three occasions he was stopped by police and arrested he kicked off and bit one officer. He is also known to have spat in...
Sorry but you're wrong. Go look it up
Did it for you as I'm nice like that.

There is no rule in law to say that a person must wait to be struck first before they may defend themselves.
Why is it unprofessional if the officer is acting within the law. Everyone in this country, police included, has the right to defend them self and others from attack. That includes the use of a pre-emptive strike to negate a perceived threat.
You continue to use the fact the cop 'lost it' as...
Does it happen every time the police stop a vehicle following a pursuit? No. So it's not normal police behavior.
Does it sometimes happen? Yes it does and on each occasion the officer involved would have to justify why they did what they did. If that justification doesn't hold water then the...
And you are making an assumption.
You say the cop lost his rag. How do you know he wasn't completely calm and making a considered decision to strike the lad to achieve a considered outcome.
The only person who knows is him.
