Must be the nice weather. Did my insert shortly after getting the car due to it being very worn. Finally got round to doing the dash strips and got a bit carried away. Wasn't sure at first but has grown on me. Looks very red in the pics but as you can see from the door shut the colour match...

So far I have mostly discovered it is GTA on a horse. Knife kills are pretty graphic.

Long time ago but recall there is a threaded bar inside than runs left to right. When it is turned it winds the retaining clip out of its locating slot and frees the big lump of metal. Can't for the life of me remember how to spin the threaded bar though. Hope that's of some help.

DIY = free. Seriously not a difficult job. There is a guide on here somewhere.

Agree. The paint is very very flexible. This is the car I had arranged to buy the day before I was collecting it. Poor guy was taking it to the garage to fill up when someone t-boned him at a junction. :(

iFrogz Luxe for 18 months. Not too bulky and great protection. Recently switched to a gelaskins as it's old enough to quit worrying about now. ;)

My e46 BMW used to tick like crazy from the exhaust after a bit of spirited driving. As stated think it's just the different metal components cooling at differing speeds. Although my 182 is quiet as a mouse.

Or stripped and rebuilt your "broken" one. There really is nothing in a brake calliper that will break. New seals = peanuts.

I found brake cleaner did a good job but make sure you scrape as much off as possible with a plastic spatula or similar.

Did mine yesterday after clip failed. PITA cleaning all the old grease off. Luckily caught it early so just filled up with fresh grease and a new clip.

V Nice. Gotta a love a clean bean in the sun. Was gonna give mine another going over yesterday but after spending an hour cleaning the CV grease off the hub/inner wheel lost all enthusiasm.
