There was some speculation that the translator mixed up left and right in the briefing! Hence the French being a bit erratic on track...

Me too. Although I am getting into it a bit now - much better with collisions off for online play I reckon ;)
I hope PGR4 will build on the strengths of PGR3 (good graphics, sounds, cars, reasonable tracks) and re-discover some of the magic lost from the game play that PGR2 had. I feel PGR3...

I had this problem for the past few months or so. Me getting busy seemed to coincide with buying a 360 which was a bit silly - I barely used it for ages. Most annoying was losing all my 'skills' at games I used to play regularly.
I have more free time now though, played on xbox live for a good...

I don't get a major kick either mate (I suppose this is very subjective though).
I reckon some engines are just more linear than others
