    Shared Ownership of a car

No, too much hassle. Buy your own it will be much better in the long run and you can do what you want to it without having to consult somebody else. Also what happens in the summer when there are very few trackdays on weekends due to racing and he wants to do trackdays in the week?

    Window regulator fixing advice

Not Clio related but thought it would be best in here. I have a Suzuki Swift and the spring keeps popping off the mechanism, I assume this is normally a press fit but it no longer stops in. I have tried drilling a hole through and I was going to tap it and put a bolt and washer on to stop it...

My BG 182 Track Car Build

Cheers mate. Yeah I would have gone for locking aerocatches and probably got rid of the lock if the boot lid was a bit flatter.

My BG 182 Track Car Build

Not done much for a while but fitted some catches to the boot today. As my boot would knock when going over bumps I decided to fit some pins. I have had them for about 4 months but finally got round to fitting them. I cut some carbon vinyl out to put under the latch to stop it scratching the...

    Boot pins fitted

As my boot would knock when going over bumps I decided to fit some pins. I have had them for about 4 months but finally got round to fitting them today, I cut some carbon vinyl out to put under the latch to stop it scratching the paint and used stainless bolts instead of rivets, not bad for £5...

    Aircon removal

I have a PMS one waiting to be fitted, with the early ones the bracket has snapped on a couple but Nick has now made it solid and iirc about 3mm thicker so it is a bit heavier but a lot stronger.

    custom sun strip

Go to a window tinting place mine cost me about £15 + the Renault sport sticker, much better than a solid one as you can still see traffic lights lol.

£700 budget, what 182 coilovers for track only?

I assume you want new? I would probably go for some BC's, they get good reviews and seem the best for the price, rebuilds are cheap and custom spring rates. I was all set on getting some until I ordered a new car so no funds now lol. @MicKPM will tell you more.

No a bad video, just out of curiosity how do you go about the insurance is it provided by the manufacturer or do you have to take out a special policy?

    Mini 2019 John Cooper Works

That's what I thought with the FRS, the Mini was a bit too small in reality for me as I go fishing to France every year and I would not have got everything in. They do sound nice, I see a black one on my way home from work most days and it pops and bangs.

    Mini 2019 John Cooper Works

Nice car, I went and looked at these a couple of months ago the seats are great, but with options I would want it was over £30k and I could not pay that for a Mini so ordered a Focus RS. 7 weeks is easy to wait I have got to wait until March/April 😞
