Re: dmallett's indecisive clio thread! Monaco ph2 pg1+, Titanium ph1 pg31+, PB ph1 pg
Get to mine, program key, sort hazard switch, win, win win.
Inlet looks like primer? no likely.
You can't sell it.
Have just read through some of the thread, and proper lol'ed at the s**t you got for buying a car, you liked lol.
I work on these all the time, and I actually think they're okay, Yeah I take the piss, but for the money, and what they are, they're epic.
Only one I really can't understand, is...
Might have to look into this myself, however I'll need a take off for clutch cylinder too, I guess it could be easily T'ed into though.
Helpful thread!
Without auto lights I assume? The inital stage of the stalk clicks in a relay with auto wipers on. Bit of a design flaw.
Obviously diesel lol, quite easy when driven carefully (or perhaps just not lead-footed like I do). You can turn them off with Clip, however I found using rain repellent...
Have been reading the whole thread over the last couple of days.
Epic skills, and impressive build, will certainly be subscribing.
I've been thinking about buying an E46 recently and this has given me a little boost to do so!
TBH, advice depends if its inside, outside and what the car is, we assume Clio obviously.

That is where the fuel pressure regulator goes on a Ph1, renault just didn't bother changing the casting.
Depending how bad your misfire is, it could be dephaser/incorrect cam timing anyway. Coilpack/leads are common, as are injectors.
You can't clear codes while its running, thats pretty...
Those also came in povo spec cups!
I think the lack of space between headlining and roof would be an issue, otherwise nothing would stop you cutting a hole and doing it.
I think PMS ones are the same tbh. With springs on, and under load, it shouldn't be an issue.
But TBH, I can't say I've ever mocked up my PMS top mounts without the springs fitted.
