I suggest checking all sensors I.e cts map and at. Whom are you using to map the gen90? There are a few people who specialise in the ecu s some thing I don't personal like to use but it's all preference.

£550 for a timing belt and aux belt change with out a dephaser wow!
The dephaser do just go, when we do a belt we always say to the customer it's false economy to not change them, how ever some customers don't have the money to do so, and it's down to them.

After a pas pipe fail and nearly taking the aux belt after pump sized I've decided to go epas also! Such a simple and easy conversion just hope the steering feels as it did with the adjustment I have with the adjustable resistor
