Sounds like your ideas are in the right direction.
A light billet fly wheel with ARP flywheel bolts, removal of any AC and PAS will give the engine extra help.
A realistic 200bhp with just cams could be a stretch, but not impossible if you have a freak engine. On realistic rollers 190-195...
Very unlikely you'll notice any difference between 205 and 195, so i wouldn't worry about it.
There will be more grip variation from different brands of tyres and different tyre conditions.
It's all a bit of personal preference between aim, budget and stiffness.
BCs are certainly worth considering with custom spring rates. Bilsteins are good for fast road with the occasional track day.
If it's purely a road car then new cup shocks and lowering springs are a very good option.
Having a gripper diff will make next to no difference for a service. You'll just be advised to use slightly better oil than the standard renault stuff if anything.

Nah it was an ACS kit.
Wear was non existent. Was still functioning the same as when it was new. I just had to clean up the bolts to make them look good again. They were black mild steel from memory.
Parallel toe is fine, but I think -1 degree camber isn't enough. I'd make that at least 1.5, not that I can see it affecting your drive too much.
Have you looked at your arb bushes? They could be shagged. and possibly causing it to tug under load.
