I used it on my old FRS, only fitted it to the rear lights, side repeaters and lower rear bumper fogs/reverse lights, I didn't do it to the headlights tho. rear lights before and after:

Yes. if its that tight to squeeze in, slacken off the couple of 13mm bolts that hold the black bar on to the gearbox, not loads but just enough to give you that extra couple of mm grace.
