I purely meant on the postage side of things, but I understand your angle on it Fred.
i shall liaise with Martin and I'm sure an order will be over to you within a few days ;)
cheers :)
If the seats are not a tilt forward option, then you will have to remove the rear seats aswell.
basically, if you have rear seats then you legally new to have access to them, if for any reason you have an accident, the rear passengers need to be able to get out easily.
i know its unlikely tht...
£300 is quite a bit of money for no real gain on an engine of that power.
honestly, you won't notice the minimal gains from it.
£300 to maybe add one or two MPH to the top speed or 0.2 of a second off of its 0-60 time.
for £300, you could have a pretty decent week away, have some good memories...
Why do you need solid top mounts?
is that what your car has failed the MOT on, top mounts?
if so, who quoted you that price?
im sure (but don't quote me) that standard top mounts are only in the region of £45 per side anyhow, and a decent dealer/specialist shouldn't charge you more than an...
A little may need to be opened up with a file, it only needs a mm or so, it takes minutes.
plus, seperate the front and back sections to make your life even easier.
I wish my battery lasted 3.5 days on the jeep, that can drain a battery flat in a little over 8 hours.
i have to keep disconnecting the battery each night.
did it start fine with a jump from another vehicle, or leads connected to a spare battery?
The 172 cup does not run ABS, so the master cylinder has a different amount of outputs.
where most have 2 fluid outputs, that then feed the ABS unit and that inturn splits the load for the appropriate wheels.
the 172 cup cylinder has 3 fluid outputs, one each for the front wheels and the third...
Brings back great memories, nice find Tony.
i have a mate who has a 6R4 tucked in the garage, and I know of a couple of RS200's tucked away aswell.
Saying that, Rob Pollock competes in Time Attack in a 6R4 even now :)
Im not quite sure about Oulton as yet, its not long after our baby due date, so time will tell.
plus the guy I normally help out with has now thrown in the towel after a disasterous Snetterton weekend, with the fywheel clean snapping off the crank.
not such a big issue on its own but the car has...
A OHW won't be a bad shout, I think it would a good way to gauge the cars ability aswell as your own.
having been in the pit lane as part of a TA team over the past few years I will say its definitely a fun place to be, as a OHW I don't blame you.
there is no TA event in Aug this year tho, its...
I would imagine the third wire on the factory 12v socket would be for the illuminations.
just grab yourself a meter and test which is the live, earth and then switched live for the illumination and connect your red/black accordingly :)
It will certainly fit the steering wheel.
going by the dates they quote then I see no reason why it won't fit a PH1, but I have no idea if there is a difference between PH1 & PH2 on the threaded section of the colum it attaches to.
