Not on the rallycar but my 172 Cup track car yes, as they are directional you just need to swap them on the rims to get the max life (if circuits mostly right or left handers etc) I have mediums and they lasted very well.
Set them to about 25F and 27R cold do a 5min session come in and set them...
Hopefully I'm out in mine for the Prom rally in Sept after snapping my achillies.
Regards handling then with 500lbs rear springs in amazed you can drive it. Seat time is the most important, the Clio can be a competitive car but you will need to spend a lot to be fighting for trophies.

Yes pure wishbones so the wishbone is moved forward for extra caster.
This causes the trackrod to be angled further forward so not parallel to the arc of the wishbone. If you swapped the rod ends round you correct it?
Trackrods are handed but which way round do they go? I have some cup racer pics showing both ways ?
If the aim is to have the trackrod parallel to the wishbone angle of stroke (ie looking at it from the side under the arch) then if you move the wishbone forward to get some more caster the the...
The cup car runs a modified flywheel as the trigger pattern / pick up is different. If it's this then it's engine out and swap your flywheel or modify it.

Hey, knowing a circuit or event well is priceless. Looks great fun and need to get my track day car caged and race ready to join in!
Agree, to finish first, first you have to finish !
Good stuff, your car is a couple of seconds a lap quicker than the 2 guys you were following, if that ph1 172 is SC then a hose must be off as it wasn't very quick and if im honest all over the place, if he was brake testing then thats a big no no. A bit more decisiveness on the brakes and...
Interesting on the dry break connector, not 100% how that would work without introducing some sort of air bubble in the system...?
Regards Gavel not done anything but obviously softer spring damper setting but surface dependant etc. Works Renault manual highlights 230 front vs 115 rear (if 1:1...
For everyone just in case, I did my Achilles playing tennis not crashing the car :-)
It was uneventful in the car, never crashed on a straight before LoL
Decided to do the British MSA Tarmac championship this year, first event at Epynt, never been there before and 15 mile stages in the rain on pace notes !!!!!
SS2 incar in 2 parts
Although running steady and well within ourselves we were 3rd in class and well above were I thought we would...
Like the Williams vs the Megane F7R heads. Williams has massive inlet ports vs the Megane but the Megane head it better and it's what I use on the 240bhp rally engine.
