Why so? Purchased the additional module, scanned and reset the faults. Only so many buttons you can click on the rsTuner. Unless I’ve missed something? Or need to take out any resistors that are in place
Slightly late to the party, but the Porsche is beautiful! Nice treat for yourself after the trophy’s story/life.
Photoshop with the Turini’s looks mint, not a car they don’t look good on!
I’d be thinking along the lines of the boxes that are welded in for the feet on rollcages.
Maybe stitch weld a sheet/strips to the floor first, then a box with captive nuts over the top.
Beauty of that is you could have a line of captive nuts to allow you to move the pedals forwards or backwards...
Came to clean and fit a set of gaz gha coilovers I picked up (rear coilover unit type) and I think one of the two piece sleeves is missing? I can’t remember if I had them with my other coilovers.
Assuming if it is missing I’m assuming gaz would be able to supply spares
Yeah we ended up bending and forming it a little bit, quite a faff but got there in the end. Had to make the lambda cut out slightly bigger by the time we were finished
So just putting the scenic shifter back into place. Testing gears and it’s rubbing on the heat shield quite a bit.
Anyone else found this? What have you done to rectify?
Currently bending it where I can
I remember from my younger years racing electric rc cars. We had heat sinks on the motors, alloy with an array of fins -the fins created plenty of surface area for cooling. Possible you could make something similar to sit around the bearing casing using its mounting points
If room allows, maybe a small diameter ducting could be directed toward the bearing? Or depending on placement of everything else in the ‘bay fabricate a slimline duct/tunnel that could mount underneath the radiator facing forward taking air straight from under the bumper to the bearing. Won’t...
I had/have the same issue. My car is now fully stripped. The water was coming in above the rear window somewhere (3dr). I removed the aerial and silicones it back on, didn’t work.
Removed the plastic trim on the roof above the window and siliconed the panel gaps, this helped a little. Now when...
As per title really, Is it possible/has anyone fitted the ac delete kit with the rad still in place?
Granted it might be a little more tight/awkward. The cars not really due coolant change as it’s only a couple 1000 miles old
Wow, that’s a bit different to mine haha. Think I have the earlier version before they made it thicker. Looks like I might be due to spend some money again...
I went with cs.net last year, and it felt as though it had gone downhill a little bit. Went just as a trip out this weekend and it’s not quite like it used to be, track etiquette seemed down again with the occasional plonker drifting in the middle of a group of cars and generally driving lift...
