you'll either have to replace the entire hard pipe, or cut the old union off and replace then reflare it and maybe the flexi too, horrible s**t job!

so the male union on the hard pipe is knackered or the female union on the braided flexi?

hard pipe that runs across the rear beam and then turns into a braided flexi? you have to change the entire thing, only about £30 from the dealer
see the 2 bolts on the right of the pic on the box, 1 is missing? there's a bracket that is held on by those 2 bolts, the bar bolts to that and the the dogbone, its no really needed anyway, so don't worry about it
so its possible the supplied bolts were 10mm to match the 10mm balljoints but the hole in the wishbone was 12mm and you may not of noticed? We see that a lot, hence why we always reuse the originals

recon alternator from BTM (as an example of course ;)) £120
aux kit £72
2 hours labour £100ish??
sub £200
or add the cambelt etc on
no labour to do the alternator (5min tops to swap)
so i'd be £425 for belts + £120 for alternator...
