    ie impossible to repair, the block is scrap, and the head is 95% scrap

    plugs out (unhook injectors too) and spin it over for 60sec (in 3 20sec bursts)

    see the 2 bolts on the right of the pic on the box, 1 is missing? there's a bracket that is held on by those 2 bolts, the bar bolts to that and the the dogbone, its no really needed anyway, so don't worry about it

    check with Renault Wolverhampton, but i'm pretty sure you have to have the "cup" edition windscreen trim (cos its got a spoiler innit!)

    so its possible the supplied bolts were 10mm to match the 10mm balljoints but the hole in the wishbone was 12mm and you may not of noticed? We see that a lot, hence why we always reuse the originals

    yeah can be common, t**t to change!! a recon pump with 2 year warranty is around £120 exchange

    well the crank/rods/pistons are in the same place so i would hazard a guess that the centre of each port is too ;)

    oh sorry, missed the waterpump! cambelt kit aux kit cam shaft seal kit (behind pulleys) crank pulley bolt 2 cam plugs £425inc VAT dephaser inc oil and filter add £175 waterpump and coolant add £75 alternator just the part cost

    you just need a ball joint mate, £17tops from GSF etc and about 20-30min tops to replace (12mm holes for a 172/182) 1994??? eh?

    its 2hours max to do the alternator (and full aux kit) so recon alternator from BTM (as an example of course ;)) £120 aux kit £72 2 hours labour £100ish?? sub £200 or add the cambelt etc on no labour to do the alternator (5min tops to swap) so i'd be £425 for belts + £120 for alternator...
