anyone have any idea how I can block the end of my braided brake lines when I remove my calipers? They will be removed for a week possibley longer?
I don't want to clamp them as there braided
Is there anything I can buy to attach to the end to act as a Bung etc?
Thanks
There is roddisons near medow hall in Sheffield but there is over a month wait time to book work in, might have to just get a cheap local garage to get it somewhere near and take it to roddisons once there free.....
Top speed off about 105-110 on start finish and again at the end of tower at croft.
the caliper on the other side had another heat inductor and was positioned in the exact same place and it only read 1 mark up not 2, and the paint hadn't flaked off as like this 1
This is the caliper in question, this is after 2 15minute stints on track, going off the temperature strip would you say the caliper has Been binding the pads on?
Thanks but haven't r-sport closed? Will try contact them tomorrow either way.
Sorry not fully siezed but certainly badly corroded, 1 caliper the paint has flaked off and when I removed the pads to check them over it looked as if that particular caliper had been binding, and the Pistons were...
I'm getting my brembo 4 pots powdercoated, there going to be sand blasted then powdered and then a coat of laquer
As the pistons are siezed and ruined on 1 caliper I'm going to replace them on both calipers,
I'll need x8 piston and x8 piston seals and x4 new bleed nipples

I can get my toe adjusted for free from a mate but they don't have camber gauges, so was wondering if this could be used and will be accurate...
Agreed the time scales a piss take I had to wait a long time for mine to be done but with stage 3 there is a lot of work, engine out stripped checked, rebuilt, head away to get sorted/skimmed then refit, gearbox out /rebuilt or diff fitted or in my case a 02m box fitted ( even more work )
Bolt...
I know how you feel about the wait but it will be worth it! Just let him get on with it and he will be in touch when it's sorted
Nothing worse than people breathing down your neck when your already under pressure.
I need to replace my front abs ring I've got a 182 cup so need the ring with 44 teeth and 16mm in width, I've found a one here can anyone confirm this is the correct ring I need or is there anywhere that sells them cheaper? As they are £35 before vat
Thanks...
Yea I see your point but still even a high boost clio without a diff will have decent traction, it's all about how you drive them, if your foot flat 1st - 2nd - 3rd youl have wheel in the wet, if your smooth on the power in 2nd youl be away a lot faster as no wheel spinning, how many times are...
