I played the Dante's Inferno demo yesterday, I'm actually anticipating that more than God of War now.
This years big game will be the cataclysm expansion pack for Warcraft though.
I've owned both and have a PS3 atm.
The main problem with the PS3 pad is that the sticks are in the wrong place. The left stick should be where the D-Pad currently is. The d-pad basically retains the same positioning of the PS1 pad and of course the d-pad in those days was the main control...
Virgin is great for Cable broadband but if you like your TV then Sky FTFW.
Most CS Millionaires have 60" HD TV's so I don't know why they would have Virgin with its little or nothing HD service.
Cancel contract on the TV side of things and get Sky, you won't regret it.
Install Vista and don't bother upgrading them when the new Windows is released.
Why would they need to update?
They will quite happily be web browsing, word processing and even gaming for years to come on Vista.
Sometimes people just dig a hole for themselves on the grounds of wanting to have...
I say Rude Boy due to the rather aggressive driving pulling away from the Hambrook lights. The 3rd outer lane blends into the 2nd lane further down and you accelerated hard to well past the speedlimit to slice in ahead of the cars in the 2nd lane!
Not that haven't done that myself in a past...
Rude boy driving a Liquid Yellow 182 with personalised plate "99" driving through the Hambrook lights at about 3:45 today.
Had a Cliosport sticker in the back.
Just come back up. You know in all the hundreds of MSN failures I have seen, not once has their service status page ever admitted there is a problem. Why bother having one?!?!
Generally around 30mpg in mine with commuting in traffic.
I tested the computers in all my Clio's from the 1.2 up to the 182 by comparing computer readings with manual measurements at the pump. Being a geek I kept a spreadsheet of this for over a year!!!! The computers were consistently...
My laptop is the same spec as yours and I have just sold my 360 as I spend all my time playing WoW on the laptop.
To be honest though it wouldn't compete with the 360 for graphics on games like COD4, Orange Box, GTA or Bioshock. Not a chance in hell mate. The 8600M GT seems about as powerful...
I have a problem where my calls keep going to answer to answer phone instead of ringing my phone! Also sometimes when I dial a number I get a connection failure.
I have tried different handsets so ruled out the phone being an issue and 02 have sent me a replacement sim but that didn't solve it...
You can go in the privacy settings and view the list of people that have you currently added to their list. Generally speaking it is a sad person who will block someone but not delete them.
I also refuse to talk to people who set themselves to appear offline.
I couldn't really vote.
I have a laptop but I keep it fixed in the same spot and I only really have one to save space. For the money it offers poor performance in gaming terms compared to a desktop of the same price. The desktop is more comfortable to use too. If I sort out the space issue I...
God knows how many hours of music you lot have!
I only have about 3GB in total on my PC as I generally delete most of the cr*ppy filler album tracks. All of my songs are ones I like and wouldn't skip past when listening in shuffle mode. So I just got the 4GB Nano as there was no point paying...
Had mine (182) three years and it sailed through the first MOT with no problems.
Only issue was the knocking engine mount that I fixed with some old inner tube and an emissions light that used to come on and off if I did really short journeys but it never broke down or affected the performance.
Don't ask them for an 8GB N95 as they have none in stock (been asking them for ages) and don't have a clue when they are getting more in.
Yet their website has been reporting them in stock for ages.
Lying scum bags. If they can't even make their website half accurate (or deliberately try to...
I've had 20mb on one speedtest site but in real world downloads never anymore than about 12 or 13. It can take 5 hours to download a 100mb file from the PS3 Network or Xbox Live so whilst I think Virgin are providing me with 20mb, the content providers are not delivering!
Depends how much you want to spend. If you are on a budget then a number of people will suggest the CX300 which are £15 from Amazon (apparently the £5 ebay jobs are fakes and not as good).
I find them MILES better than the headphones that came with my new Nano.
However as I said the other day...
Here is a weird one.
I got the Nano with the CX300's and have been quite happy.
Anyway the missus has been ill lately so to cheer her up I bought her an iPod shuffle as her first MP3 player and just stuck with the standard headphones.
I couldn't believe it when I heard it! It was better than...
Yeah in daylight and when running from the battery it can be hard to see it. But all other times it looks amazing. I remember when I ordered mine it did warn on the option that the screen would be worse for reflections. I had the old type screen on my D510 or D500 or whatever it was and yeah it...
I got an Inspiron 1520 and it had that GF8600 graphics card plus I upgraded it to 4GB and had a T7500 CPU in it. Runs Vista fine and I can play WoW and tab out and use photoshop or run high def videos and it never chugs.
For that spec I couldn't find anything cheaper. In fact nothing came...
I had a Zen Micro going back a few years and kept it all of a month as I hated it. I now have an iPOD Nano which when it works (there have been a few niggles) is the best thing since sliced bread.
Personally I prefer the iPOD and iTunes but then I am unfairly comparing it with a far older...
I have a brand new Nano - well two weeks old.
It has the most up to date firmware too. I connected it to my laptop last night purely to charge it up. My laptop doesnt have iTunes installed yet though.
It froze up just as you described. My PC detected it and then it just froze. I will have to...
Aye but then if I was that way inclined I'd just download it from Limewire and give it to me mates!
Or my mates can download it themselves! I see little point in having copy protection on paid for files!
With regards to the cable to connect to the Aygo. If I use that instead of the lead with a...
Yeah it was user error but then there were absolutely no instructions. I had no idea I had to authorise anything. It wasn't explained. The iPod has no instructions at all to speak of.
It is a very good device now I have some half decent headphones. I like the itunes shop as well as it makes it...
