You can go in the privacy settings and view the list of people that have you currently added to their list. Generally speaking it is a sad person who will block someone but not delete them. I also refuse to talk to people who set themselves to appear offline.

I've had 20mb on one speedtest site but in real world downloads never anymore than about 12 or 13. It can take 5 hours to download a 100mb file from the PS3 Network or Xbox Live so whilst I think Virgin are providing me with 20mb, the content providers are not delivering!
