unbolt the throttle body from the plenum, remove the plenum but leaving the throttle body in place and still attached to the airbox, should be a few clips and brackets to undo and it will come out from there
Headbolts, although strongly advised, are not essential. Bit of a waste of time to not fit new though.
Dephaser is not essential
I would be asking for valve guides to be replaced as they can easily go oval when valves are bent, and valve seats must be re-cut when this is done.

unless you have 10 foot long arms, just get someone to hold the bolts still from above with a spanner/socket while you fit the springs and nuts
I've always been told 2 years from the date the proof of no claims is issued. if it's only just expired they won't even have issued that yet
If you're renewing with the same company, you may even have upto 7 days after expiry without losing continuous cover. Check your renewal documents properly
Don't have data until I've tried them. My guess is they'll be better value for money but smaller gains, should be decent but it's been literally years since I've seen a set in an F4R
I'd have an ITB'd mk2 over a standard mk3, but I'm building an ITB'd mk3 so who am I to talk :p I should be the first person in the UK to own in succession and daily drive a mk1, mk2 and mk3 on ITBs when I get it finished :D
