From a mental drive out last night up by Dent and Settle. Truly mental single track roads at first, but these vids were taken on the fast, wide, properly tarmac'd section on the way home.

Proper b*****d, i loved your car.
Glad to hear your not majorly hurt by it, but as has been said, but a claim in for the whiplash, it will take a while to come through but youll almost certainly get a decent payout with the evidence provided.
Its a clio, if they dont leak from the sunroof at somepoint then theres something wrong with it. They tend to leak from the bit underneath the black plastic where it joins with the roof. Take your headlining out and undo the bolts - i think from memory there are 16 of then, the whole sunroof...
You could take it to a garage to get it welded, but you might have trouble with finding someone willing to weld it in situ as its in a fairly awkward place and the risk of setting fire to your carpet is relatively high.
That is the bit that needs welding.
What i did was to buy a second hand...
Could well be the track rod ends, they can cause play.
Also check your steering column though. At the base of the column just ehind the pedals there is a black rubber gaitor, lift that up and you will see a universal joint where the column joins with the rack. Turn the steering wheel and see...
Realised earlier this week that my car would soon be going past the 100k mark, and earlier today, oddly enough just as i finished my 20 min drive, she was sat at 99999. I parked up and when i came back to the car half an hour later set back off, but as the odometer started to wind round it just...
Cheers for the advice but i cracked it earlier today. Was a pain in the arse getting the rest of the column out, but after many hours swearing and distinctly less skin on the back of my hands, the old is out and the new is in - massive improvement over the slack old one.
I think disconnecting...
Im already stuck in my steering column removal attempt for my mk1 valver.
Im not sure how the airbag comes off.
Which bit is it i unclip - the black terminal with the wheel or the orange clip with the airbag?
I know its a simple thing but i thought id better ask rather than having an airbag...
Cheers for the reply, i have visions of me sitting here tommorrow with airbag burns on my face, but we'll see. Is the removal of the rest of the steering column an arse or not?
I planned to have a go at changing over my steering column on my mk1 valver tommorrow, i knew it wouldnt be a walk in the park but i didnt think it would be too bad.
Ive just check in the Haynes manual and it says you have to remove the airbag as part of the process and this cant be done...
How can i have missed this!
Looks fab mate, Alfa certainly know how to design cars. The interior looks mint and bloody comfy!
Hope you get many miles of joy out of it!
Get an Autodelta chip and exhaust system and she'll sing.
Tom
Friday night is now our established 'mental drive night' usually up into the dales to places like the buttertubs pass, but we'd done the hills for a few weeks now so this week decided on a run to Whitby.
It was mostly uninteresting but i decided to give my new camera mount a try by mounting...
Im after some silvervisions for my indicators on my mk1 16v.
I know its a really common thing on mk2's but ive not heard much of it being done with mk1's and im aware that there are different types of bulbs - something about offset pins.
Could anyone tell me what type i need? I cant be...
f**king nora, yeh im guessing that was it, its was crawling in traffic down towards uni so i guess it came down from north hill road. Did have 2 girls in it thinking about it, they f**king loved themselves. [/not jelous at all]
I know its an old cliche but really it couldnt be more apt:
It's like hes covered his car in glue then just reversed backwards through a branch of halfords and bits have sort of stuck on.
Quite spectacularly 'orrible
Sat in the traffic going down into uni. Near the girls school. I was walking back up towards James Baillie Park.
First time ive seen the car in the flesh, looks really good!
Some nice cars sat in the traffic - there was yours, a black DB9, a new white TT convertible, a 968 ClubSport and...
Cracking pics - I'll have been about 2 miles from you at one point yesterday, i went with my mate from the airport up to Otley, Patley bridge then grassington and back to bradford.
Lovely roads.
Love the colour.
