So, pretty much all standard 10 year old M3 things then?
I wouldnt worry about any of it tbh, mostly DIY, apart from the subframe, which will be £1000 or so from that lot everyone uses on M3cutters now - not Reddish.
If you do, drive something sh1t between the Z4M and the M135i lol, then you'll think its amazing. The steering is awful & they roll around like a 7 series with a f*cked rear damper, lots of potential, not realised by bmw unfortunately. Great engine however, albeit a bit dull sounding.
Ah, thought i recognised the car from CS lol!!! Hope you had as good as day as we did
Yup, im a very lucky guy!!! She's actively encouraging me to get another booked now ...
After i drove Feirnys' Elise, she even said i could buy one as well if i wanted, but only if i gave her the mini...
Thats the sort of thing i wear to wash the car tbh. Deck shoes are for use with water after all ...
Invisible socks are required though, as per Waitey's outfit.
No gillet though? Disappoint.
With the gearbox problems/accident damage, im not sure you're going to get what your asking for unfortunately. Perhaps fix it up (on credit card), then list it for its full value? Also, as you bought it from a dealer only 4 months ago, you should be able to talk to them about getting the gearbox...
And so to Donington, finally managed to do it in a car without any problems!!! Wahoo lol.
Good to see @Brett, @Feirny (Lotus nom nom nom) & @Ph1 Tom - hope you all had as good a day as we did
A couple of friends came up for passenger rides in the morning (Tom was supposed to be doing the...
Off to Donington tomorrow, so popped over to a friends to get my R888's out of his garage - his missus has a hyper blue facelift mini one, so thought a picture would be a good idea. Love how much more aggressive mine looks, such a great little car!!!
Its also because no one really knows how to fix the SMG when it breaks, & the major parts that break, cant really be rebuilt. Just like the DCT.
So when its under warranty, its not a problem, but when the prices drop & they get to 10 years old, manual makes far more sense, hence the prices rise!!
Lovely heel & toe! Very refreshing to see someone has mastered the techniques required for proper track driving ...
Next time wear loafers with white socks though if you are running a pedal cam
Having owned quite a few Clios (inc. Trophy's), the only ones with rusty rear arches (as per the OP's picture) were accident damaged/fixed with non-genuine parts.
I actually prefer the look of the Golf tbh, although understand that they never did a haldex 2.0 turbo which limits your options.
Personally, id have to fit 19" BBS CK's and coilovers the day i bought one for its dullness to not upset me.
