    With it over the ton by a large margin in stock trim, you'll have to be well over 200bhp at the flywheel. Which isnt cheap.

    Not OEM ecu, no. Can you retain Aircon? Yes, if you want to squeeze it in and have a pointless ITB install, or have a rather thick wallet to allow you to keep aircon without compromising the ITB install.
