Not watched the video, but symptons: Not rattly when engine cold. Rattly from top end when engine warm. Rattle disappears after approx 1300rpm.

Engine stays in place. Lower subframe on passenger side, it'll come out of that gap. Either that, or you can take the box out of the top if you're clever.

That's not the 'undertray'. The undertray as known on here is the big plastic bit that covers the hole in the subframe. Held on by 4 10mm bolts. I've got three kicking around from cars I've broken. PM me if you need one..

You can use a 172 exhaust with no problems, you just have to get the correct link pipe bought/made up. The biggest pain in the arse is actually fitting the manifold.

As above. Unless it's currently more than -18, you should have no issues. I only ever mix my coolant 1/3 coolant to 2/3 water and it's fine..
