Thanks for the reply ditz
Nah its deffo one of the lambdas I had it plugged into a computer a while back and it said intermittent lambda fault but I cannot for the life of me remeber wheather it was pre cat or post sorry.
Engine runs beautifully good emmisions/MPG so logic tells me its the...
Reads 0-0.1% with the device set to 2.0% as required
Fresh air
Zorst reading
Guess thats okay then
Another question, Would the emmisions light be triggered if the second lambda wasnt in quite tight enough and perhaps sensing oxygen? (it was ever so slightly loose)
Guys
What should the idle/fast idle CO level be on a 182 (warm engine)
A mate was setting the CO reading to 2% (normal air) which to me didnt seem right (seemed a bit too high not thast I'd know educated guess)
I will be doing some tests later to see if I have a faulty Lambda or screwed...
Was it cooked though? If it was cooked it will of bin fine. It is likely you sprayed it and left it in a cool garage which will take a while to fully harden
I dont know why they even have holes on the 182, since they relocated the crank breather its obsolete. You can pretty much say for sure that if you have had the plenum off and its revving something not been done back up!
You are supposed to replace them too, not sure why unless they are...
I couldnt care less what happens to my car after I sell it. Why would it bother me if someone crashed it? If I fell in love with a car that much I wouldnt sell it simple as! Bunch of girls
You'l need a remap, RSTuner would be a good idea as you could request henk to tailor you a map for it to fuel on deaccelaration/overrun whatever you want to call it.
Umm its probably not even due to carbon build up. If all you use is Vpower and the car is driving relatively hard I doubt it will be carbon I'd investigate other avenues.
